We believe that the Bible is God's Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives. It alone is the final authority for determining all doctrinal truths. (2Tim. 3:16)
We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy spirit. (Matt. 3:16, 17; 28:19)
We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin and that He was crucified and died in order that we may be forgiven of all of our sins and be able to be in right relationship with God. He was buried and rose again from the dead in three days to prove victory over death and to empower us in life. (Isa. 7:14; Matt. 1:18-23)
We believe in the salvation of sinners through grace and faith. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good works or of any human effort. We receive forgiveness of our sins when we repent of our sins, believe in Jesus Christ, and confess that He is our Lord and Savior. (John 14:6)
We believe that God has equipped each of us so that we can successfully achieve God's purpose for our lives which is to worship God, find and fulfill our role in the Church, and serve the community in which we live. (Eph. 1:22, 23; 4:4-6; 4:9-16)
