About Hearts at Home
Hearts at Home is a Christian fellowship group that consists of families with a wide age range of children from babies, toddlers and preschoolers to upper elementary grades. We serve the Argyle/Orange Park and Fleming Island area.

The main goal of our group is to support and encourage each other as homeschooling moms and keepers at home while building friendships with one another and for our children.

- That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
  Titus 2:4-5

We meet every Friday near Orange Park. We also try to plan a field trip and/or holiday party once a month. This may or may not fall on a Friday. Many of the children in our group attend classes and participate in group activities at Home Sweet Homeschool.

A Little about Sarah:
I am a mother to 3 beautiful children, a 9 year old son, a 4 year old daughter and an 18 month old daughter. I have been homeschooling for 5 years now. My husband is a paramedic and God has taught us great flexibility with his crazy schedule!!! Thank God we homeschool, there is so much flexibility in being able to take days off whenever we need to. I absolutely love it.

I believe in being a keeper at home and enjoy the domestic life. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about natural childbirth, breastfeeding, baby wearing, cloth diapering and natural, healthy living in general! So I guess you could call me a granola mom! I love researching about natural things and things that are good for our family and sharing what I find with others if it might help them. I just recently got into making all my own natural cleaners for the home and am having a lot of fun with it.

A Little about Carrie:
I am a mother to a beautiful daughter, who is 8 years old and a new baby girl. I have been homeschooling for 3 years. I was one of those moms who said "I WOULD NEVER, COULD NEVER HOMESCHOOL!" God changed my heart 3 months later and by fall I was homeschooling! I have been part of larger sub-groups, but the fellowship was missing. Sarah and I, as well as other moms, have been meeting each week for the past year or so and we just love sharing and enjoying our children together. I believe as a stay at home mom who homeschools, it is so important to have close friendships with like-minded families who can encourage and support each other.

I am very passionate about being a Godly wife and mother as well as a keeper-at-home. I am currently focusing on and studying what scripture says about our roles as wives and realize I have a lot of work ahead of me! God has put this desire in my heart, so I am trusting Him to help me achieve my goal to be a proper help meet for my husband!
